ISRAELI DOCUMENTS SERVICES, BY PUDIM LAW

Original Israeli documents, collected in person and apostilled on paper

For authorities abroad that accept only original paper documents. We collect the certificate in Israel, have it apostilled at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translate it as notaries and send it to you.

Why a downloaded certificate is often not enough

Israel now issues many civil certificates as digitally signed PDF files. A digitally signed certificate can only receive a digital apostille. Some foreign authorities, for example in Romania, accept only an original paper certificate with a physical apostille stamp.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs places a physical apostille only on certificates printed at a Population and Immigration Authority office or service kiosk. Someone has to collect the original in Israel and bring it to the Ministry in person. That is the service we provide.

We courier the documents to you and send you the tracking number.

Your power of attorney: three ways to sign

To collect documents on your behalf we need your power of attorney. Choose the route that fits you:

Online, in minutes

Israeli citizens and residents aged 18 or over with an active Israeli national digital ID (GovID) can grant us a power of attorney online through the Population and Immigration Authority. No notary and no mail.

At an Israeli embassy or consulate

Israeli citizens abroad can sign the power of attorney directly before the Israeli consul, without a notary.

Before a local notary

Anyone else signs before a notary in their country of residence. The signature then needs consular authentication. We send you the exact wording.

For the embassy and notary routes we need the original signed document, sent to our office by courier.

Please note: We work with countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Documents for non-member countries need consular legalization, which this service does not include.
