Rabbinate marriage certificates and Rabbinical Court divorce certificates need an extra signature before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will apostille them. We take care of every step.
Before a physical apostille, a marriage certificate issued by a religious council or the Rabbinate must be signed on the back by an authorized signatory of the religious council or Rabbinate.
A divorce certificate from a Rabbinical Court needs the signature of the court's authorized signatory for apostille. We obtain these signatures, then apostille and translate the certificate.
Please note: At this stage we handle certificates issued by the Rabbinate and the Rabbinical Courts. Certificates from other religious courts are not yet included.
To collect documents on your behalf we need your power of attorney. Choose the route that fits you:
Israeli citizens and residents aged 18 or over with an active Israeli national digital ID (GovID) can grant us a power of attorney online through the Population and Immigration Authority. No notary and no mail.
Israeli citizens abroad can sign the power of attorney directly before the Israeli consul, without a notary.
Anyone else signs before a notary in their country of residence. The signature then needs consular authentication. We send you the exact wording.
For the embassy and notary routes we need the original signed document, sent to our office by courier.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs apostilles a Rabbinate marriage certificate only after an authorized signatory of the religious council or Rabbinate signs it, and a Rabbinical Court divorce certificate only after the court's authorized signatory signs it. We arrange this signature for you.
Often yes, subject to the eligibility rules and proof of the family relationship. Describe the case in your request and Adv. Pudim will confirm what is possible.
Yes. As notaries we prepare a certified English translation in-house and apostille the translation when the authority requires it.
Our attorneys and office staff collect the documents and take them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem for apostille. Notarized translations are apostilled at the Magistrate's Court. Every file is handled under Adv. Pudim's supervision.
Upload the authority's requirements with your request. Adv. Pudim reviews them before quoting, so we order the document the authority actually asked for.
It depends on the documents, the issuing authority and the delivery address. We give you an estimate with the quote and keep you updated as each stage is completed.
Your quote lists every government fee separately, such as issuing fees and apostille fees, next to our professional fee, so you can see exactly what you pay for.
Yes. Send one request listing all the documents and people. We handle them together, which usually saves time and courier costs.
Send us your request. Adv. Pudim reviews every request personally and replies with a written quote.
