Foreign authorities sometimes need official proof that a person is, or became, an Israeli citizen. We collect the certificate in person and apostille it on paper.
The certificate can show the date and type of acquisition of citizenship, or leave those details out. Proceedings that turn on when a person became a citizen usually need the version with the acquisition date.
The certificate is available in Hebrew or as a bilingual Hebrew-English certificate. We add a notarized translation where the authority requires one.
To collect documents on your behalf we need your power of attorney. Choose the route that fits you:
Israeli citizens and residents aged 18 or over with an active Israeli national digital ID (GovID) can grant us a power of attorney online through the Population and Immigration Authority. No notary and no mail.
Israeli citizens abroad can sign the power of attorney directly before the Israeli consul, without a notary.
Anyone else signs before a notary in their country of residence. The signature then needs consular authentication. We send you the exact wording.
For the embassy and notary routes we need the original signed document, sent to our office by courier.
Yes. The Population and Immigration Authority charges a fee for the citizenship certificate. It is included as a separate line in your quote.
One version states the date and type of acquisition of Israeli citizenship, the other leaves those details out. Choose the first when the foreign proceeding depends on when or how citizenship was acquired.
The Authority issues related confirmations, such as confirmation of not acquiring Israeli citizenship. Tell us what the foreign authority asked for and we will check which document applies.
Our attorneys and office staff collect the documents and take them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem for apostille. Notarized translations are apostilled at the Magistrate's Court. Every file is handled under Adv. Pudim's supervision.
Upload the authority's requirements with your request. Adv. Pudim reviews them before quoting, so we order the document the authority actually asked for.
It depends on the documents, the issuing authority and the delivery address. We give you an estimate with the quote and keep you updated as each stage is completed.
Your quote lists every government fee separately, such as issuing fees and apostille fees, next to our professional fee, so you can see exactly what you pay for.
Yes. Send one request listing all the documents and people. We handle them together, which usually saves time and courier costs.
Send us your request. Adv. Pudim reviews every request personally and replies with a written quote.
